As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key link between clients, suppliers, and internal teams – ensuring smooth project delivery, exceptional service, and solutions that exceed expectations. From briefing through to production and delivery, you’ll take full ownership of your projects.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and grow client relationships at all levels
Take briefs, manage timelines, and ensure all jobs are delivered on time and to spec
Offer technical advice on print and POS projects
Brief suppliers and negotiate costings and timescales
Ensure top-tier customer service is delivered at every stage
Suggest innovative solutions and alternatives to client briefs
Monitor and report on project progress and budget performance
Attend meetings and press passes as required (some out-of-hours work may be necessary)
Identify new business opportunities and support account growth
Ensure accurate use of internal systems and timely invoicing
Ensure all work complies with company and regulatory standards
Requirements:
Account Management experience in Print, POS or Promotional Merchandise
Strong understanding of print production and POS display
Confident managing multiple projects with tight deadlines
Client-facing experience with the ability to build strong relationships
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Commercially aware with strong attention to detail
Calm under pressure and solution-focused
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Experience with press passing is desirable
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Apps is a plus
