Uber Eats is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager (m/w/d) to join our expanding team in Berlin. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the success of our restaurant partners across Germany, fostering high-impact relationships and driving business growth on the Uber Eats platform.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic Account Growth: Manage 100-150 high-value partners to retain and grow their business, identifying sales opportunities through product adoption and location expansion
Maximizing Potential: Proactively uncover opportunities to unlock additional revenue for both our partners and Uber Eats
Risk Mitigation & Retention: Identify potential partnership risks and work diligently to provide a premier experience, aiming for 100% account retention
Partner Advocacy: Synthesize partner feedback into actionable insights to help inform our product and business roadmap
Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships to position Uber Eats as the preferred delivery platform for your accounts
Account Planning: Develop long-term growth and marketing plans through regular business reviews and data-driven analysis
Requirements:
Fluency in both German and English is required
2+ years in B2B Sales, Account Management, or retail/food industry management
Skilled at navigating the customer lifecycle and building commitment with key stakeholders
A proactive self-starter with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive partner growth
Results-oriented mindset with a dedication to hitting revenue and retention targets
Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce is a significant plus)
