Job Description

As a foundational member of the go-to-market team, you'll collaborate directly with the CEO, VP of Creator Strategy (Creator), and Head of Sales (Brand) to support the growth and operations of campaigns on Agentio. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to be on the ground floor of a generational platform redefining advertising and creator monetization. You will have immense responsibility and deep involvement in the advertising success of some of the world’s leading brands and creators on YouTube, helping unlock scale within a highly-performant but untapped advertising channel.

Job Responsibility

  • Brand Strategy Management: Develop and manage comprehensive brand and creator strategies to maximize client campaign/evergreen advertising performance
  • Cross-functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of campaign objectives
  • Analytical Excellence: Evaluate data and extract insights that inform campaign strategies
  • Analyze and interpret advertising and campaign data, developing actionable insights and providing strategic recommendations
  • Help produce detailed reports and presentations that effectively communicate campaign results
  • Client Communication and Trust: Build client trust and generate value through thoughtful client communication
  • Present strategies, learnings, and optimization recommendations
  • Continuous Learning and Adaptation: Stay abreast of the latest trends in digital advertising, marketing, and the creator economy

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in client-facing, client success, and support roles (account management, client success, campaign strategy) with a proven track record of successfully growing key advertising accounts
  • Deep experience in ad platforms, analyzing and reporting on performance data, extracting actionable campaign insights, and presenting them to internal and external teams
  • Great understanding of the influencer space, YouTube creators, YouTube advertising, podcast advertising, digital marketing
  • Success as a performance marketer or working directly with performance marketers to optimize their campaigns, spend, and/or creator campaigns
  • Experience successfully managing a large amount of live campaigns at once
