Job Description:

We're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a dynamic and supportive team in Livingston. The role involves managing a portfolio of customers, handling queries, solving problems, and collaborating with teams to ensure seamless operations.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
handling queries, requests, and complaints professionally
creating and managing quotes, orders, and CRM updates
monitoring stock and coordinating with logistics
collaborating with sales, logistics, and customer service teams
maintaining accurate records and supporting account planning
managing returns and credit processes
contributing to internal meetings and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Experience in account management or customer service
strong multitasking and organisational skills
excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
a proactive, problem-solving mindset
confidence using CRM systems and digital tools

Nice to have:

Background in logistics or supply chain
familiarity with health and safety standards
experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
