We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to serve as the strategic and operational backbone behind high-impact content and campaign workstreams for leading consumer brands. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, creative execution, and commercial delivery. You’ll translate business objectives into actionable creative plans, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure programs deliver measurable results against ambitious KPIs. Job Responsibility:
Lead strategic account planning, translating business goals into clear creative briefs and executable delivery roadmaps
Manage complex stakeholder relationships across brand, creative, and production teams
Develop operational frameworks that streamline content creation and campaign delivery, reducing time-to-market
Guide cross-functional teams through multi-layered projects with competing priorities
Turn client feedback and market insights into clear, actionable direction that elevates campaign performance
Manage account financials, including budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation
Shape scalable account processes that support growing business demands
Partner with global and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment
Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance campaign optimization and workflow efficiency
Deliver integrated content programs that drive measurable performance against KPIs
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Manager within an agency environment
Direct experience supporting large consumer brands, CPG companies, retail, beauty, lifestyle, or other B2C brands
Strong strategic thinking — able to connect brand challenges to creative solutions and measurable outcomes
Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and commercial performance
Deep understanding of content production workflows and integrated campaign delivery (digital + traditional)
Strong stakeholder management skills, including navigating difficult conversations with clarity and confidence
Ability to anticipate risks, manage complexity, and build contingency plans
Understanding of consumer marketing dynamics, from shopper insights to omnichannel activation
