We’re looking for an Account Manager (12-month temporary cover) to join our growing Business Development team. In this role, you will act as the driving force between Lifesum and our global partners, building powerful relationships, ensuring smooth execution, and unlocking new growth opportunities
Job Responsibility:
Build and nurture strong client and partner relationships, delivering exceptional service and driving long-term growth
Own accounts end-to-end, ensuring seamless collaboration, outstanding execution, and measurable results
Identify and unlock new growth opportunities through data-driven insights and commercial thinking
Lead initiatives and projects from concept to delivery, turning ideas into real impact
Collaborate closely with teams across Product, Tech, PR, Social Media and Finance to streamline processes, strengthen partnerships and boost visibility
Support and expand our corporate wellbeing offering, helping shape its future direction
Requirements:
Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or a similar client-facing role
Confident in owning processes, juggling various initiatives, and delivering results
Business-savvy and analytical
comfortable working with data and tools, e.g., CRM, spreadsheets, etc.
Excellent communicator in English and Swedish (internally and externally)
Highly structured, self-motivated, and energized by a fast-paced startup culture
Hands-on experience leveraging AI solutions (LLMs and other tools) to create business value
Naturally curious, eager to learn, experiment, and innovate
Background/experience in nutrition, health and/or wellbeing
Bachelor’s degree in business (or similar)
Nice to have:
Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
Startup experience
Proficiency in German and / or Portuguese
