We’re looking for a doer, relationship-builder, and growth-driver to join our Regions team. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for our top-tier restaurant partners, making sure they thrive and win with us. Also, responsibility and ownership of several cities in your Area, define and pursue long-term strategy for the cities in terms of Growth, Promotions, Advertising and Operations. Establish and maintain a very close relationship with Top Partners in the city, guide them through the growth journey, be informed, get involved and make things happen with a doer attitude!
Job Responsibility:
Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication
Evaluate, follow up and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically
Draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through promos negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance
Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners
Improve Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets
Understand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners
Improve operational efficiency of our partners
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in high-performance and fast-paced environments (startup, investment banking, top consulting firms or top tech companies)
Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus
Computer literate
good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office and Excel
Native Spanish, Catalan and English skills
Strong Commercial skills and customer obsession
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Project management
A data-driven mentality
Nice to have:
Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations
