Job Description:

A multi-million-pound funded AI EdTech start-up is hiring two Account Managers to support and grow their UK school and Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) customers.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and develop relationships with MATs and school leaders
Drive upsell, renewal and retention across existing accounts
Support product adoption and usage
Identify commercial opportunities to expand revenue

Requirements:

Experience in EdTech, Education, SaaS or B2B Account Management
Strong commercial awareness
Excellent relationship-building skills
Confident working in a fast-paced start-up environment
