Account Manager

• Lead daily project coordination by participating in team status meetings, setting priorities, and tracking progress across active campaign work
• Manage concurrent projects, keeping numerous printed and fabricated deliverables organized from planning through final execution
• Serve as the central point of contact among internal teams, production partners, and clients to ensure work moves forward accurately and on schedule
• Review production files and materials for completeness, readiness, and color-related quality needs before release to production
• Monitor workflows throughout the day, identify bottlenecks or quality-control concerns, and escalate issues quickly to maintain speed and accuracy
• Participate in client reviews when needed, including evaluating physical pieces, visual output, and campaign-specific production details
• Coordinate overlapping project elements driven by media plans, ensuring all required assets are produced and fulfilled according to specifications
• Close out each day with updated status reporting, next-step alignment, and clear accountability for outstanding items

• 5+ years of progressive experience in account management, with increasing ownership of complex production-focused work
• Background in production account management supporting physical, experiential, or real-world deliverables rather than purely creative account work
• Hands-on experience preparing, organizing, and managing files for production, including knowledge of color review or related production considerations
• Proven ability to stay composed in a high-volume environment with frequent touchpoints, shifting priorities, and tight turnaround times
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across internal teams, vendors, and clients
• Demonstrated skill in coordinating multiple moving parts while maintaining close attention to detail, timing, and quality standards
• Experience in entertainment, film, event production, or similar campaign-driven environments is helpful but not required
