Job Responsibility:
Identifying opportunities and develop plans to win them
Provide technical expertise to customers to help them solve technical issues with the applications, products or other technical related problems
Closely maintain relationship with customers and key accounts
Work closely with finance & operation to improve AR and Inventory respectively
Find new opportunities in covered regions and seize new business via value selling to increase market share of HB Fuller in this area
Improve customer satisfaction and increase value of HB Fuller
Work together with technical department and technical service to reach budget for business in the assigned sales area
Prepare and submit accurate monthly business sales report, project update report and sales forecast on a timely basis as required by Sales Manager
Requirements:
BS degree
5+ years account management experience in adhesives or chemical industry
Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver compelling technical sales presentations
Prefer with similar industry, chemical supply or adhesive company or have experience supply to MNC or local company with related industries like beverage, EOL
English, must know how to speak English or Chinese
