We are looking to hire a motivated and passionate Account Manager who can manage client relationships, improve retention, and drive long-term satisfaction. If you’re a strategic thinker with a background in digital marketing agencies, especially in link-building, this could be the perfect role for you. Job Responsibility

  • Own the client experience: manage communications, maintain satisfaction, and ensure clients feel supported
  • Reduce churn and increase LTV by improving onboarding, communications, and service experience
  • Serve as a key point of contact for client questions, feedback, and performance reviews
  • Identify upsell opportunities and work with the team to expand client value
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Possibly manage 1–3 junior team members as the role evolves

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years in a Client Success client-facing role
  • Experience at an SEO agency is a must
  • link-building service is a plus
  • Confident communicator – strong written and verbal English skills
  • Critical thinker and problem solver who can work independently and make smart decisions
  • Organized, efficient, and great at managing time and multiple client priorities
  • Friendly, approachable, and invested in long-term client relationships
  • Sales experience or a drive for upselling is a bonus
