Account Manager role at Logobrand Field Marketing, managing key client relationships and contributing to the continued success of the business. The role involves taking full ownership of existing client relationships, ensuring all activities are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards, working collaboratively across departments to deliver outstanding service, maximise budgets, and identify opportunities for growth.
Job Responsibility:
Managing day-to-day client activity and ensuring timely delivery of all projects
Maximising client budgets and providing regular progress reports
Developing incremental business opportunities within existing accounts
Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Collaborating closely with internal departments, including Operations
Preparing and delivering client briefs, reports, and presentations
Leading team meetings and supporting the development of junior staff
Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in key account management
Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG or retail (manufacturer, retailer, or agency)
Proven success in managing and growing client accounts
Strong financial and budget management experience
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
