Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to join our client services team on an interim basis, initially for a period of 6 months. The role will involve supporting one of our large multi-national FMCG customers in delivering a managed service for their POS and Display requirements. You will be comfortable working from home with occasional visits to our client sites throughout the Benelux region.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing multi-campaigns/multi-job projects with multiple service elements
  • The execution and management of print management strategies
  • Planning, budgeting and cost management of POS/POP Retail Displays and Display campaigns
  • Developing and executing alternative solutions when new briefs or challenges arise
  • Spotting opportunity to strengthen and develop the existing relationship and contract
  • Ensure timely delivery and execution of campaigns according to client needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the project progress to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Working fluency in English and Dutch
  • Proven technical experience of POSM/POP Retail Displays
  • Previous Client services experience in a similar or manufacturing environment
  • Able to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
  • Familiar with end to end procurement/supply chain process
