Job Description:

Drive growth and deepen partnerships as a remote Account Manager for CHILI GraFx. Enterprise clients, strategic impact, and high visibility in a fast-moving scale-up.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients
Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Guide long-standing clients through their move to CHILI GraFx
Build strategic account plans
Partner with leadership, product, marketing and customer success teams
Occasionally travel to meet clients in person

Requirements:

3+ years managing enterprise accounts, preferably in SaaS or MarTech
Experience working with complex organizations and delivered results
Sales mindset with confidence upselling and cross-selling
Strategic thinking with financial fluency and growth planning
Fluency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo)
Strong people skills with credibility with executives
Adaptability in fast-moving environments
Self-starter energy with proactive approach
