The Account Manager role involves managing various customer accounts, addressing queries and complaints, processing orders, coordinating logistics, and maintaining CRM systems while working closely with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. Job Responsibility:

Managing your own portfolio of customer accounts
Handling queries, orders, and complaints
Creating quotes, processing orders, and keeping CRM systems up to date
Coordinating stock and logistics to keep deliveries on track
Working closely with sales, logistics, and customer service teams
Managing returns, credits, and account plans
Contributing to internal meetings and continuous improvement

Requirements:

Experience in account management or customer service
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and people skills
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools

Nice to have:

Background in logistics or supply chain
Knowledge of health & safety standards
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-first environment
