Job Responsibility:
Developing new business B2B opportunities and managing the end-to-end onboarding process through cross-functional collaboration
Operating at the heart of the action, with daily field presence in offices, companies, or production plants
Building a strong sales pipeline through market mapping, continuous client visits, and strategic sales planning
Holding responsibility for the effective onboarding of new clients, leading joint business planning, and maintaining positive, long-term customer relationships
Preparing sales contracts, monitoring the contract procedure, and ensuring seamless execution
Supplying management with weekly and monthly activity reports, market feedback, and updates on competitive activities
Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in Sales / Account Management role
Entrepreneurial thinking with excellent communication skills
Ability to solve complex problems, rather than highlight them
Ability to analyze data and draw logical, actionable conclusions
Ability to prioritize work and strong sense of accountability for projects and goals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field
Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent command of both the Greek and English languages
