Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain a relationship with a wide range of mid-market and enterprise clients
Promptly address client concerns
Work closely with the product and leadership teams to introduce clients to new features and products
Identify new business opportunities with current accounts
Negotiate contract terms
Track key metric across your accounts
Requirements:
4+ years of experience working with mid-market and enterprise accounts valued up to $50k USD
Excellent spoken and written English
Be willing and able to be coached on how to sell to leads and nurture leads into opportunities
A data-driven mindset
Startup experience is a plus

Experience in online marketplaces, food delivery, automotive, real estate, or eCommerce
