Job Responsibility
Development and implementation of client growth strategies
Expansion of existing clients, development of new domains and regions
Increasing sales and improving project profitability
Identifying opportunities to enhance client relationships and scale the business (upselling/cross-selling)
PnL control
Establishing and maintaining strong long-term partnerships with clients and key stakeholders on the client side
Collaborating with the team and key client stakeholders to identify potential business challenges and proposing solutions, as well as implementing and optimizing client-related business processes
Managing operational activities for projects
Conducting pre-sales activities, developing and presenting solutions to support project growth strategies, and monitoring their outcomes
Participating in exhibitions and conferences
Holding in-person meetings, organizing and delivering presentations, delegating tasks, and coordinating interdepartmental processes to execute the strategy
Contract negotiations and accounts receivable management
Requirements
Experience in account management and/or customer success management for 5+ years
Strong communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills
Technical knowledge with ability to dive deep into technology aspects
Experience communicating with C-level executives
Level of Polish – Upper-Intermediate or above
Level of English – Upper-Intermediate or above
Nice to have
Knowledge of the IT industry and key processes
Experience creating and implementing account development plans and strategies
