Sapiens UK is seeking an Account Manager who has strong commercial acumen, proven experience in commercial and (re)insurance markets, and exceptional relationship-building skills to join us at an exciting time of change and growth. The Account Manager will be part of the Chief Customer Officer team - a dynamic, cross-functional group focused on driving revenue growth within our existing client base. The role involves close collaboration with Pre-Sales, Product Management and delivery teams.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and close opportunities within client organisations that can benefit from our products
Build strong relationships across all levels, including C-suite executives
Keep clients informed about developments in Sapiens’ product and service portfolio
Act as the client’s advocate within Sapiens
Expand our footprint within existing accounts
Contribute to defining and implementing go-to-market strategies
Own revenue and profitability targets as per agreed business cases
Collaborate with the Head of Account Management to achieve objectives
Requirements:
At least five years of experience in the commercial insurance market
Excellent communication skills
Background in account management or sales
Ability to grow revenue within client accounts while managing profitability and costs
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Experience in contract creation and negotiation
Sales management and business/financial acumen
Strong presentation and influencing abilities
Customer-centric and results-oriented
Nice to have:
Solid understanding of Sapiens products and services
Insurance/reinsurance and London Market experience
