We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager with a background in marketing and creative agency environments to serve as a key partner to our clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who excels at relationship management, strategic communication, and project coordination—ensuring creative work is delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with client goals. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, translating client needs into clear direction for creative, marketing, and production teams while driving strong client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance
Manage account workflows, timelines, and deliverables across creative and marketing projects
Translate client objectives into clear briefs for internal creative, design, and production teams
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects stay on scope, on budget, and on schedule
Present creative concepts, campaign updates, and performance insights to clients
Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, or expanded services
Monitor project performance and flag risks, scope changes, or timeline adjustments early
Ensure a high level of quality, consistency, and client satisfaction across all deliverables
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role within a marketing or creative agency
Strong understanding of creative, marketing, and digital workflows
Experience managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
Ability to clearly communicate between clients and internal creative teams
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confidence presenting ideas, timelines, and results to clients
Experience working with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Jira, etc.)
