We’re looking for a driven, strategic, and sharp-witted Account Manager to join the dynamic and growing sales team in São Paulo, Brazil! You will be the spokesperson for Topsort’s cutting-edge retail media APIs and products, working with the Top retailers, marketplaces, and delivery apps across Brazil to drive sales and growth in the market.
Job Responsibility:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the retail media sector. Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring client needs and expectations are met
Onboarding & Training: Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring they understand and effectively use the software. Provide ongoing training and support to maximize platform adoption
Upselling & Revenue Growth: Analyze client needs to identify upsell opportunities. Develop and present proposals that demonstrate value, set and achieve revenue targets, and drive increased ad spend and account growth
Strategic Advising: Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to optimize clients' retail media campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends to offer value-driven advice
Issue Resolution: Address client concerns proactively, collaborating with internal teams (data science, product, sales) to resolve issues efficiently
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure client success. Share best practices with the global account management team
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or MBA, preferably with a technical background
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in account management within retail media or advertising
Familiarity with relevant technologies
Ability to identify and pursue upselling opportunities, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Independent and team-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working with technical solutions and translating technical capabilities into retailer-friendly language
