Job Responsibility:
Manage and grow key client accounts across Portugal, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term partnerships
Identify new business opportunities within existing clients and the wider Portuguese market to help expand Arcwide’s presence in the region
Lead business development activities, including pipeline generation, proposal creation, and client presentations
Coordinate internal resources (consultants, delivery teams, and subject matter experts) to ensure successful project execution across multiple accounts
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction
Work closely with leadership to help scale the Portugal operations, contribute to headcount growth, and support the recruitment of new talent
Provide team leadership by supporting, guiding, and empowering consultants working on your accounts
Collaborate with global and regional colleagues to ensure alignment with Arcwide’s delivery standards and commercial strategy
Represent Arcwide at industry events, networking opportunities, and customer engagements to promote the brand and create new business relationships
Requirements:
Strong experience as an Account Manager, Client Partner, Business Development Manager, or similar role within consulting, IT services, or ERP/enterprise software environments
Proven ability to manage key accounts while driving growth, upsell opportunities, and new customer acquisition
Experience coordinating project delivery teams or cross-functional resources
Demonstrated leadership capabilities: whether through team management, mentoring, or leading account-based teams
Solid understanding of consulting or technology project lifecycles
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to develop client proposals
Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English
Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients at all levels, from operational users to executive stakeholders
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow Arcwide’s presence in Portugal
Nice to have:
Familiarity with ERP or IFS Cloud is a plus, but not a requirement
