Job Responsibility:
Renew existing customers and offer support
Liaise with customers to ensure they are happy with our services
Provide solutions to existing customers to retain business
Quote potential new customers to generate new business for UTP
Work both individually and as part of the team to hit KPIs
Requirements:
Excellent relationship-building skills
Strong planning and organisation skills
The ability to think on your feet and solve problems
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office
High standard of customer service in challenging situations
