Account Manager

This is to work as an Account Manager for x4 industrial environments, ensuring labour fulfilled, for quite literally the best Manager in Manchester. I've met with your Line Manager, and what a woman. If you have a nail/ hair appointment during the day, fine, just take your laptop, you're not micromanaged and she isn't bothered where you work; as long as the work you deliver is mega, she isn't fussed about the other stuff! You're not working in recruitment, you're working essentially like a middleman between clients and agencies. So the perfect move for someone who just fancies a change from recruitment! No sales. No cold calling. No heavy KPI's. You're purely managing key existing client relationships, ensuring roles fulfilled, service delivery and quality at all times. Once every 2 weeks you'll be expected in their South Manchester office, so someone who lives in Greater Manchester is a must; but the rest of the time you'll be working from home, or from your B&B in the Lakes on a Friday!
