As an Account Manager, you hold a key position. Your focus is on driving revenue growth, increasing market coverage (MPP), and building strong, long-term customer relationships within your territory. You are also responsible for promoting and selling our Pay-and-Display (P&D) systems, SaaS solutions, insights, as well as the EasyPark mobile payment solution within your geographic area.

take a strategic approach to fully develop your territory and expand Arrive’s market presence
manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and cold prospecting to contract negotiation and successful closing
act as the main point of contact for your customers and ensure high satisfaction through excellent account management
present and demonstrate our products and services convincingly to decision-makers
support the implementation phase and proactively identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts
keep CRM systems (Salesforce) up to date and ensure accurate documentation of sales activities
travel frequently to meet customers in person (approximately 60% of working time)
Requirements:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Sales, Marketing, or similar)
strong commercial background in key account management or similar roles (at least +8 years)
experience selling complex services (e.g., SaaS)
strong understanding of payment solutions and relevant technologies
confident in negotiations

proven track record of achieving sales targets
communicate clearly, persuasively, and effectively
self-motivated
results-oriented
enjoy working independently in a dynamic environment
comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce) and the Google Suite
fluent in Spanish (native)
good English skills (B2/C1)
Nice to have:
Experience within parking management, smart city, or tech environments
Experience with P&D systems or mobile apps
Collaborating with large corporations or public entities (such as municipalities)
