Our client is a leading global business travel consortium for corporate travel agencies, corporate travel departments and corporations. They are seeking an Account Manager to join their team on a remote basis. The role is to strengthen member relationships, grow revenue, and deliver exceptional support across the partner network. The role is Monday to Friday core hours with a salary of up to USD65,000 plus comms, bonus and excellent benefits.
Job Responsibility
Manage PNRs & ticketing including exchanges, refunds, pricing, EMDs, and profile maintenance
Support member sales through outreach, prospecting, and cold calling
Maintain data & reports across databases, spreadsheets, and CRM (SugarCRM)
Load airline agreements and create ticketing/contract instructions
Collaborate across teams to share best practices and improve performance
Conduct online research and manage ARC lists for carrier programs
