We’re looking for an Account Manager who works as a true business partner for our clients and takes ownership of account growth in an IT outsourcing environment. This role is about long-term partnerships, strategic thinking, and measurable growth — revenue, team scaling, and value for both the client and the company.
Job Responsibility:
Own account growth: revenue expansion, retention, and long-term partnership development
Act as a trusted advisor for client stakeholders, including senior decision-makers
Build and execute clear account growth strategies (not just handle day-to-day requests)
Identify growth opportunities: team scaling, new services, deeper collaboration
Translate client business goals into effective outsourcing and tech solutions
Lead commercial discussions: pricing, scope changes, renewals, long-term planning
Proactively manage risks and align internal teams to support account goals
Run strategic business reviews focused on outcomes and future growth.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience managing and growing client accounts in an IT outsourcing environment
Proven track record of growing and scaling accounts
Strong business mindset — you think like an owner, not an executor
Understanding of outsourcing models and how accounts grow over time
