Job Responsibility:

Act as the key link between clients and internal teams
Managing projects from concept to delivery
Managing print, large-format, and promotional merchandise campaigns
Overseeing KPIs, SLAs, and project timelines
Working closely with clients and internal teams for seamless execution
Ensuring profitability while maintaining exceptional quality standards

Requirements:

Experience in print production and client services
Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
Proficient in Excel, Word, and MIS platforms
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

Knowledge of promotional merchandise
