Based out of our Ingleburn branch, with regular travel across the Sydney Metro Area, you’ll be reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager. Each day will include building and nurturing trusted relationships to a client group including small to mid-tier construction and civil companies to provide mutually beneficial outcomes to these customers and Coates.
Job Responsibility
Establish yourself as the lead point of contact for all client matters and developing trusted relationships
Navigate your way through allocated client organisations and increase awareness of Coates offerings and solutions
Develop strategies and collaborate with support teams to deliver initiatives that delight customers and support sales growth
Build relationships at the appropriate level – aligning Coates objectives with customer strategy
Planned, multi-faceted and ongoing interactions with managed accounts
Requirements
Experience selling services into construction, manufacturing, government or related industries
Self-starter who thinks strategically to drive results in a performance-driven environment
Proven negotiation and influencing skills gained through 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
Ability to interpret and analyse data to formulate strategic plans
Appreciation for the importance of good stakeholder relationships
