As our Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating new sales of service packages, whilst maintaining and enhancing existing relationships with our valued customers. This role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and the ongoing success of our service offerings.
Job Responsibility:
Drive new sales of Service Contracts through a consultative sales process, from initial inquiry through to contract completion and renewal
Pro actively maintain existing accounts by forging strong relationships, and ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction
Promote benefits, including telephone and remote support, next working-day priority response, discounts on labour and spare parts, and regular preventative maintenance visits
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable added value items to meet requirements
Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery & customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer data
using CRM system to deliver reports and updates on performance, forecasts, challenges, and opportunities
Requirements:
Excellent outbound telephone selling or account management skills, preferably gained in a technical or service-related industry
Confident, organised and systematic, with the ability to provide tailored solutions
Happy to pro actively make new calls to existing customers
Target-driven, with the ambition to learn, grow and achieve commercial results
