As an Account Manager at SellCord, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and overseeing their success on Walmart Marketplace. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure product launches, strategic execution, and consistent client communication. Job Responsibility:
Manage the day-to-day operations for assigned accounts and act as the primary point of contact
Prepare and deliver performance updates, replenishment reports, and meeting recaps
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product launches and task execution
Coordinate with advertising managers to optimize client campaign performance
Monitor sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends and make recommendations
Maintain strong client relationships through timely and professional communication
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in customer facing roles
Proficiency with G suite tools including Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Google Docs, and Slack
Solid written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
High emotional intelligence and ability to adapt to different client styles
Strong organizational and time management skills
A reliable computer and internet connection is required for this role
Fluency in English is required
