Procurify is the AI-enhanced procurement and AP automation platform for the mid-market. We make it easy for organizations to take control of spend and save money. We’re looking for a talented and team-driven Account Manager to join us on our journey. As an Account Manager, you’ll be working with an empowered group of sales professionals to find the best ways to ensure that Procurify is meeting our sales goals and company KPIs. With your business acumen, you will advance marketing opportunities, develop and foster relationships with your book of business and customer base, all while presenting the unique value of Procurify to close the deal!
Job Responsibility:
Own and drive the strategy for each customer in your book of business
Responsible for Expansion Revenue and Net Revenue Retention of book of business with quarterly metrics
Partner with the Customer Experience team and Sales to support account renewals, pricing negotiations, and customer success initiatives, including business reviews and success planning
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers with a strong understanding of client’s business, goals and objectives
Work cross functionally with internal teams to provide second-to-none customer satisfaction and resolution for at-risk events
Funnel customer feedback to the appropriate teams to improve the end-to-end customer journey and address product gaps
Requirements:
3+ years experience in an Account Executive and/or Account Management role in B2B environments
Experience owning retention and growth (NRR) for a large book of business
Experience contributing to or owning initiatives that will help build the foundation of a new team
Resourcefulness with a demonstrated ability to anticipate change and proactively adjust priorities and strategies accordingly
For customer-facing roles, maintains an up-to-date LinkedIn profile and ensures it is refreshed upon joining, to reflect their role at Procurify and help maintain a consistent, professional presence across our GTM team.
