Job Description:

At Renaissance Hotels, Marriott International is seeking an Account Manager to support Sales & Marketing, resolve guest requests, promote brand awareness, and maintain guest loyalty. The role includes general office duties, fostering positive relationships, and adhering to company standards while supporting team goals.

Job Responsibility:

Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
use sales techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
determine and give complimentaries to guests
promote awareness of brand image
process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points
process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
assist management in training and motivating employees
serve as a role model
follow company policies and ensure professional appearance
welcome and acknowledge all guests
develop positive working relationships with others
monitor the performance of others
perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 2 years of related work experience
no supervisory experience
no specific license or certification required
