Account Manager

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
• Develop and manage a book of business within the Ontario market
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing and new client accounts
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and uncover opportunities
• Facilitate the recruitment process in collaboration with recruiters to ensure clients receive world-class service
• Maintain and improve relationships with existing clients
• Expand business within other verticals and develop strategic growth plans
• Leverage networking opportunities to build brand recognition and generate leads
• Collaborate effectively with the dedicated recruitment team
• Other duties as assigned

• University degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or similar role
• BDR experience is highly valued
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet business needs
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is an asset
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
