TMS Global specialise in the outsourcing of retail display, print and packaging for a variety of global customers and are active in 97 markets globally and we are made up of just over 300 people who are spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA and NA. We have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to join our client services team on an interim basis, initially for a period of 6 months. The role will involve supporting one of our large multi-national FMCG customers in delivering a managed service for their POS and Display requirements. You will be comfortable working from home with occasional visits to our client sites throughout the Benelux region.
Job Responsibility:
Managing multi-campaigns/multi-job projects with multiple service elements
The execution and management of print management strategies
Planning, budgeting and cost management of POS/POP Retail Displays and Display campaigns
Developing and executing alternative solutions when new briefs or challenges arise
Spotting opportunity to strengthen and develop the existing relationship and contract
Ensure timely delivery and execution of campaigns according to client needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the project progress to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Working fluency in English and Dutch
Proven technical experience of POSM/POP Retail Displays
Previous Client services experience in a similar or manufacturing environment
Able to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
Familiar with end to end to end procurement/supply chain process
