This role focuses on Sales Facilitation (SF) across all our service lines, offering an opportunity to work closely with clients and internal teams to create lasting connections while growing professionally in the field of technology and sales. About the Role The Account Manager will play a vital role in supporting current and future customer relationships at Intrada Technologies. You’ll partner closely with experienced sales staff, shadowing them during client meetings and events to gain insight while assisting with daily operations. By collaborating with both clients and internal teams, you’ll learn about businesses, their needs, and how technology can help deliver effective solutions. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and contributing to the overall health of the sales pipeline. This position offers a base salary based on experience plus a 6-12 month onboarding process, including a financial bridge before transitioning to a performance-based commission structure. This phased approach provides intensive training, fostering creativity and long-term client partnerships rather than prioritizing short-term commissions. After a 6-12 months of training and development, you’ll transition into a more defined sales role that includes directly facilitating client opportunities, ensuring continued excellence in communication, and becoming an integral touchpoint between customers and the various teams at Intrada.

Reporting and Metrics: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, progress, and metrics, and consistently provide updates to the leadership team
