Account Manager

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
• Project Coordination: Oversee various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are upheld
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports to provide insights on project progress and client satisfaction

• Financial Oversight: Assist in budgeting and financial tracking, ensuring projects remain within scope and budget
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and project developments

• Proven experience in account management or a similar role, preferably in the construction sector
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong understanding of project management principles and client relationship management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
• A customer-centric approach with a drive to achieve results
