Job Responsibility:
Manage multiple clients and projects and serve as the main point of contact for your clients
Manage projects, teams and timelines to meet client requirements and deadlines
Serve as the main point of contact between the agency and client
Manage systems and processes for effective project management
Create project briefs and communicate project tasks and deliverables to the agency team
Create assignments in project management software
Develop project timelines and monitor schedules
Conduct regular team meetings to review project status, address challenges and prioritize workloads
Monitor project scope and prepare change orders as necessary
Work closely with the account lead in creating marketing strategies and plans to meet client objectives, including brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, direct sales, thought leadership and product or brand launches
Assist in executing marketing communication strategies and plans with clients and agency team
Review campaign performance reports, providing insights and recommendations
Assist in managing website projects
Manage annual marketing plan calendars
Create estimates, change orders and proposals for clients, with assistance from the account lead
Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors
Monitor client budgets and ensure accurate tracking and reporting
Prepare and/or review client invoices
Respond to client inquiries and requests with urgency and professionalism
Prepare meeting agendas, status reports and conference reports
Effectively present and sell strategies, plans, analysis and results to agency and client teams
Assist in the development and presentation of agency proposals and self-promotion efforts
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of advertising agency experience
Exceptional organizational and planning capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
Efficient time management with the ability to prioritize effectively
Ability to anticipate client and team needs
Demonstrate strategic and critical thinking skills and be able to apply to client needs
Solid understanding of the creative process and what it takes to develop and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns
Able to facilitate meetings and serve as a team member in strategy, planning, brainstorming and campaign development
Polished presentation and written communication skills
Deliver outstanding client service and serve as the main point of contact between the agency and client
Confident working in Microsoft Office Suite and project management systems (such as Basecamp)
