Account Manager

• Support the Account Executive with renewals, applications, marketing submissions, quotes, policy changes, and overall account maintenance
• Manage carrier communication including requesting requirements, loss runs, binders, finance options, and policy documents while ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
• Prepare client-facing deliverables such as proposals, COIs/EOPs, invoices, summaries of insurance, premium allocations, and policy deliveries
• Provide responsive client service by addressing coverage questions, assisting with claims, processing audits, updating systems, and performing additional duties as needed

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-3 Years prior professional experience in Insurance service with a record of providing an exceptional experience
• Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance in the state of MO or obtain within six months of employment
• Exceptional presentation skills, including verbal and written communication
• Strong analytical, judgment, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite

Working knowledge of EPIC a plus
