Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in English-speaking markets
Identify and attract new clients while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers
Advise clients on IT outsourcing solutions, ensuring services align with their specific needs
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, implementation, and project management) to deliver customized solutions
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize business value
Monitor sales performance and report key metrics to management
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the IT outsourcing industry
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of B2B sales experience in IT outsourcing or related fields
Proven experience in English-speaking markets with a strong network and deep understanding of client needs
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
Solid understanding of IT outsourcing services and business models
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience using CRM tools and preparing sales reports is a plus
