We’re seeking a highly motivated, independent self-starter based in New England to join our growing team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner to clients, confidently leading conversations that align with their business objectives while ensuring the seamless execution of marketing strategies across multiple channels. As a key player on our team, you will take ownership of client relationships, proactively rally internal teams to drive actions, and oversee projects to ensure high-quality work is delivered on time and exceeds expectations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are comfortable taking responsibility for outcomes, and are passionate about delivering impactful results from start to finish.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact, building trust through clear communication, strategic insight, and reliable follow-through
Guide discussions to align marketing efforts with client objectives
Own projects from scoping and timelines to approvals and final delivery
Partner with internal teams to align priorities, advocate for the client’s vision, and maintain momentum
Lead meetings, manage client communications, and streamline feedback loops
Advocate for the client’s goals internally
Work with clients and internal teams to develop long-term strategic plans and actionable roadmaps
Use your knowledge of paid ads, email marketing, SEO/SEM, organic social, and analytics to articulate strategies and highlight performance outcomes
Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate on proposals, scopes, and agreements
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in account management or strategy roles at a creative, branding, or marketing agency
Solid understanding of marketing channels like paid ads, email, SEO, social, and analytics
Skilled at leading client conversations, presenting work, and managing expectations
Adept at identifying and addressing challenges
Capable of managing multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously
Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams
Passionate about staying current on industry trends, tools, and best practices
Thrives on building strong client relationships
Must be located in New England, with the ability to occasionally meet in person
