As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of regional accounts, driving revenue between $5M–$10M, and supporting long, consultative sales cycles. You’ll play a key role in both retaining existing business and developing new opportunities, with a focus on technical solutions and customer intimacy.
Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across regional accounts
Deliver annual business results aligned with sales, margin, and volume growth targets
Lead technical demonstrations and problem-solving independently
Promote and sell H.B. Fuller's innovative products and technologies
Identify and close new business opportunities while managing a healthy sales pipeline
Provide expert insights into customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning
Ensure compliance with EHS standards and leverage tools like Salesforce to manage activities
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions and long-term value
Requirements:
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a technical or industrial setting
Proven ability to manage complex accounts and long sales cycles (6–12 months)
Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
Must be proficient in English
Bachelor's degree in a technical, mechanical, marketing, or chemistry-related field preferred
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
Nice to have:
Experience with Salesforce and value-based selling is a plus
