Job Responsibility:
Deliver a world-class client experience focused on retention, quality, and operational excellence
work closely with business developers to shape strategic direction of accounts
manage contracts proactively, including reviews and renewals
build in-depth knowledge of client accounts
act as primary contact for stakeholders for operational support
support account growth and expansion
maintain accurate records in Salesforce
collaborate cross-functionally during onboarding, rollout, and ongoing delivery
Requirements:
Fluency in English
strong commercial acumen
ability to work independently
collaborative mindset
empathetic and resilient
willingness to meet clients in person regularly
presence in the office at least one day per week
