Koddi is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Client Services team. This role serves as the primary post-onboarding point of contact for assigned clients and is responsible for managing, growing, and optimizing a portfolio of accounts. The Account Manager partners closely with clients and internal teams to deliver strategic insights, drive adoption of Koddi solutions, and ensure client goals are met. As an Account Manager, you will apply strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills to monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen long-term client relationships. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients while serving as the internal voice of the customer, ensuring alignment between client needs and Koddi's products and services.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention
Grow and maintain a portfolio of existing accounts by aligning Koddi products and solutions to client objectives and driving increased adoption and investment
Analyze account performance and complex data sets to monitor account health, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations that support client success
Develop and execute strategic account plans that align client goals with Koddi capabilities and support long-term growth and retention
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, and Operations to ensure successful program execution and resolution of client needs
Act as an internal advocate for the client by gathering, documenting, and clearly communicating business needs, priorities, and feedback
Identify opportunities for optimization, upsell, and cross-sell through data-driven analysis and personalized client engagement strategies
Deliver clear, professional communication through presentations, reporting, and ongoing client discussions to guide decision-making and strategic direction
Leverage CRM and analytical tools to track client activity, performance, and opportunities, supporting effective account management and planning
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
2-4 years of professional experience working with clients
Strong analytical skills, with ability to identify business opportunities/issues, design appropriate tests/analysis, and execute/optimize based on results
Experience coordinating multiple business functions to resolve client issues and develop new services and solutions
Ability to identify the business needs driving client requests and translate requests into a compelling product or service offering
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Self-motivator with strong work ethic and the ability to multitask
Crazy solid organizational skills
Outstanding attention to detail
