Job Responsibility
Cultivate meaningful relationships with clients
Proactively identify opportunities to grow accounts, generate new business, and meet or exceed sales goals
Collaborate with Sales Coordinators, Finance, E-commerce, and Fulfillment teams
Develop and present creative promotional product ideas
Proactively resolve issues and find ways to enhance services
Track performance through CRM system
Requirements
Demonstrated success in a sales role
Experience in account management or a client-facing role (bonus points if you've worked in promo or branding)
Familiarity with CRM tools, email, and Microsoft-based applications
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment
