Job Responsibility:

Support internal teams with account management and sales input
Maintain and grow an opportunity pipeline using CRM systems
Assist with estimates and ensuring proposals align with client needs and internal guidelines
Collaborate across departments to ensure effective client solutions
Contribute to sales forecasting and commercial reporting
Requirements:
Proven experience in account management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Confident using CRM systems, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Commercially aware with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
Positive, adaptable, and proactive in managing workloads and client relationships
