We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in a contract-based position. This role involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and account directors to ensure client satisfaction and effective management of accounts. The position is remote, offering flexibility while requiring a strong commitment to delivering results.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and oversee internal accounts, ensuring all client needs are met and exceeded
Collaborate with account directors to align strategies and optimize service delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Handle inbound inquiries and provide timely, effective solutions
Demonstrate understanding of medical device account management to meet industry-specific requirements
Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve communication and streamline processes
Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Utilize light MLR knowledge to support account-related activities
Identify opportunities for growth and propose strategies to enhance account success
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years experience in account management or a related field
Proven expertise in managing accounts within the medical device industry
Strong understanding of B2B sales and inside sales processes
Ability to handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients and teams
Familiarity with MLR processes and their application in account management
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Remote work experience and self-motivation are essential for success in this role
