Job Responsibility
Support Producers: Collaborate with producers to manage renewals, new business, and monthly account activities
Policy Management: Handle policy documents, endorsements, and audits, and ensure updates are reflected in management systems
Quote & Proposal Assistance: Analyze quotes and assist in preparing coverage summaries and client proposals
Billing Accuracy: Invoice agency bill policies and changes, ensuring accurate coverage and documentation
Client & Carrier Communication: Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with carriers for endorsements, pricing, and policy servicing.
Requirements
Active Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within a set timeframe
2+ years in commercial lines insurance, with a focus on account management or client servicing
Skilled in agency management systems (e.g., AMS360) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with various insurance carrier products, rating systems, and online platforms
Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail in managing multiple accounts.
