As an Account Manager at 123NET, you will play a pivotal role in our sales department, focusing on maintaining and expanding our client base. Your expertise in sales strategies, contract negotiation, and client relationship management will be key to achieving our ambitious sales targets.
Job Responsibility:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
New Business Development: Actively seek out and acquire new clients, leveraging your industry knowledge and networking skills
Contract Negotiations: Manage and negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both 123NET and the client
Product Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively advise clients
Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
Pricing Strategy Management: Develop and oversee pricing strategies for various products and services
Collaboration with Sales Support: Work closely with the sales support team to streamline the process of pricing, proposals, and contracts
Market Analysis: Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
Training and Staff Development: Participate in the training of new sales department hires and contribute to ongoing staff education
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Liaise with Engineering, Development, and Management teams to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and strategies to management
Quality Control: Ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction
Complex Sales Management: Coordinate with technical staff on complex sales requests to provide tailored client solutions
Engagement with Service Providers: Engage with type II service providers for business development and collaborative opportunities
Multichannel Sales Support: Provide support across various sales channels, including direct, strategic, wholesale, account management, agent, and carrier sales
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications or tech industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts effectively
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude
