We are hiring a Business Development professional to lead business development and sales activities for the company's solar-as-a-service offering in Singapore including lead generation, offer generation, negotiation and contract closing across multiple industrial and large commercial target segments.
Job Responsibility:
Strong focus on onsite solar PPA in Singapore, and development of new business opportunities within APAC
Generate leads/evaluation/negotiation/execution of BD pipelines
Support pre-investment project evaluation, including interfacing with various parties (e.g Engineering & Construction, M&A, Risk, etc), and conducting site visits /meetings where required
Prepare and present business case and investment recommendation analysis per company requirements
Work with the internal Project Management team to align the solar PV project installation timeline with the client’s projected timeline
Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the HOD
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Marketing or equivalent preferred
At least 5 years’ experience in sales/business development, with experience in the Renewable Energy sector an advantage
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software
Must be a self-starter and motivated individual
Must possess a sales hunter mentality, with outstanding problem-solving skills and strong teamwork ethos
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to have:
Competency with VBA is an advantage
